You asked about having a high sensitivity speaker that was small. That's only possible if it lacks low end. Search 'Hoffman's Iron Law'. You asked about a high sensitivity OB. The front and rear waves cancel each other below the frequency where the baffle is one wavelength across. That being the case while you can load an OB with a high sensitivity driver it won't have high sensitivity in the lows either.
