Where the KHorn is concerned, and all folded horns for that matter, the bends in the horn are low pass filters, so they do reduce the above bandwidth harmonic content. But it's well designed, so it doesn't affect it within the pass band. It does have far lower THD than direct radiators due to the reduction of driver excursion for the same SPL, which also reduces above bandwidth harmonic content, which contributes to it not being as easily locatable as a direct radiator.
