I never heard a Forte III but I did listen extensively to the Cornwall IV and I found it to be extremely good. If the coming Forte IV uses the same recipes you certainly have a winner!
Coming from panels you may be destabilized at first but having speakers that are so easy to drive and bring up every drop of energy from your amp should put a smile on your face!

But of course, listen before buying if possible.
