So, I've received the crossover today and had a couple hours listening:
First, I have to say this does everything that its supposed to do; it is clean and silent, x-over frequencies seem very precise, it's easy to get a seamless and balanced summing between low-pass and high-pass. It is very low distortion for sure. I didn't manage yet to get a seamless transition between mid bass and subs, that's gonna take more fiddling around, but I do like having a real crossover there (as opposed to having the subs complement the low pass output);
On a more negative note, I find the sound signature to be very slightly cold, sharp and sterile; believe me or not I found the 49$ Breeze Audio crossover to be more engaging and musical...
This is however a brand new device ("some" burn-in being made by the builder, but not much I suppose) and I hope a little bit more playing time might improve things.
So I'm not jumping through the roof yet, I will need more time to decide - and also make sure those CPU noises won't make their way into tHIS one.
