They're absolutely not conical. Conical horns have straight taper. Even a radial horn like these that have a straight taper on the sides still have a curved taper on the top and bottom. Conical means shaped like a cone, though not necessarily one with a round path, as opposed to conic sections, like parabolic and hyperbolic.
