My horn loaded bass goes to the low 30s, and it's a 2.5 x2.5 x 1.5 foot enclosure. It's not a W bin, because W bins don't have a long enough horn path to support low frequency loading without excessive size. I use W horns for pro-sound, but only down to 80Hz. Lower than that works best with a single pathway spiral horn.
