I hold the opposite opinion to you on DSP. I tri amplify my three way horn system using a DEQX HDP 3 DSP. I find that the benefits of speaker correction, room correction, time and phase correction digital EQ, etc. far out weigh any detrimental effects. I input digital signals directly into the DSP and use its DAC, but even for the analog signal from my VPI TT with air bearing tone arm the DSP makes an overall improvement.
I dream of an America where a chicken can cross the road without having it's motives questioned.
