Google '3/8 inch dome tweeter', you'll find quite a few. The advantage to such a small dome is literally twice the dispersion angle of a 3/4 inch dome. They also allow much closer CTC mounting when using them in line arrays. The disadvantage is lower maximum SPL and a higher crossover frequency. Those disadvantages are of no consequence when you use them with 4" midbasses which are good to 4kHz, and you use six or more tweeters per speaker.
