After World War II. The 1949 JBL D130 Qts was 0.25. Lansing was after the most sensitivity he could get, and he did, but I bet they were puzzled at the lack of low frequency response. Of course that was long before T/S, so it was understandable. They got a lot better all around results with the higher Qts they used in later generation woofers, while inadvertently coming up with a great musical instrument driver.
