Well, it does have 96dB sensitivity, but that's above 200Hz. Part and parcel with being aware of Hoffman's Iron Law is also being aware of the first rule of loudspeaker design: There's no such thing as a free lunch. That sensitivity is gained by having a 0.17 Qes and 0.15 Qts. The trade off is low frequency sensitivity. You can get this driver to work well down to 35Hz in a ported cab, but with 91dB sensitivity, not 96dB.
