I don't know if the Mackie was original. I do know that they knew enough not to call it a folded horn. They didn't call the apparatus in front of the cone a horn either, they just said it was a vented enclosure. I watched the Rockville video, which was good for a laugh. The kid had no idea what he was talking about, nor did whoever wrote his script.
