I used to use Oris 150s with bass bins of Klipschorns for the bass with DSP correcting the time difference between the Khorns back in the corners and the Oris out in the room. That was good sound. Then I added Fostex T900a super tweeters. That was even better sound. Then I replaced the Khorns with Bill Fitzmaurice's HT Tuba subwoofers. That is my present system and it is the best sound I have managed after forty-five years of putting together DIY speakers.
Of course the whole rig wouldn't work without DSP, and I know many members of this forum reject that.
I dream of an America where a chicken can cross the road without having it's motives questioned.
