The only practical way I know of to time align a multi horn speaker, folded bass horn or not, is with DSP and multi amping. I got the idea to do this with bass folded corner horns and wide range and tweeter horns out in the room where they would image better back in 1999. It was 2004 before I found a DSP from DEQX which served my needs and desires including speaker correction and room correction.Although the acoustic center of the woofer horns is a little over sixteen feet behind the wide range horns, with DSP they can be aligned so that the acoustic centers of the woofer and that of the wide range drivers present as though they were within 3mm (a little less than 1/8 inch) of each other.
I dream of an America where a chicken can cross the road without having it's motives questioned.
