I sampled a set of Trios years ago and I was a bit surprised by the mid range "Shout" I heard. The amp was a 18 watt 6C33 LAM SET. You have some serious efficiency to deal with...are you looking at the silver cables with hopes to improve something you don't like in the sound? It doesn't take much power at all to let the magic out. In light that you have already purchased, have fun with it. It is unlikely you will have a "Eureka" moment after employing the silver.
