Tweeters have high pass crossover filters so that the resonant frequency impedance rise is reduced, so what I said is true. I do agree that a fuse is not optimum, but especially in a contained compression horn, it may do the trick. Has any one ever thought about a temperature sensor to monitor heating due to high frequencies?
