I too do not use a center channel speaker between my horns when using them to watch movies. I switch it from a two channel stereo to video surround sound by routing the signal through a surround sound processor/preamp to generate a phantom center channel. This works quite well. I still get the centered audible dialog information where it's supposed to be. In the past I have just used the two main speakers pushed closer to the screen with acceptable results.I also use four surround sound speakers with Dynaudio drivers I built about thirty years ago when I am watching movies.
I dream of an America where a chicken can cross the road without having it's motives questioned.
