Paul,
I never realized the amount of bad press the 20-20KHz +/-0 db was going to bring. What I trying to say was that I didn’t want -3db at 20Hz. I didn’t want it to start rolling off until 20Hz was reached. You seem to have some knowledge about EV drivers. Should I trade out the 1823M for 1824M? Do the 1823M’s go lower? Can’t find spec’s anymore on either. I’m afraid of acquiring the 30W’s because if they get ruined, they are toast. I am thinking of keeping the pair of Velodyne FSR-18 instead. At least parts are available. I am thinking of changing to tubes for the 1823M’s and T350’s Besides horns have to be too long at 20-60Hz I am really wondering about the SP15A working from 60-400Hz in a bass reflex cabinet. I really thinking of making that range 2 drivers, both horn loaded.
Ken
