Fostex T90A crossover

I have Oris 150 horns with Lowther PM4A with AER cones. I have a pair of Fostex T90A tweeters that I received on a trade with a friend. I have been listening to the tweeters using a passive crossover that my friend built that was 4th order and crossed at 12.5 khz. It sounded very good but I prefer a less expensive way to go. I have read on this forum about the use of the T90A and would appreciate any suggestions as far as what brand and value cap I would use to get the same result as with the passive unit. Also could you give me an idea of what this would cost and the best place to order from? Thanks in advance to anyone who replys.
