I totally agree regarding horns and reproducing classical music. My wife and have been attending classical symphony orchestra concerts for at least forty years, and we have season tickets to the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra during years when we can afford them.
We have also listened to recorded music at home for even longer. Over the years we have owned just about every type of speaker system I know of except for full range ribbons. For the last six years we have been listening to a three way, DIY horn system that is hands down the best I have ever heard for all types of music. For the first time in decades I am not afflicted with upgrade fever.
I dream of an America where a chicken can cross the road without having it's motives questioned.
