The horn has a very simple folding geometry: back and down. In a full range design, I always try to reduce the number of folds as they dramatically affect high frequency output. Dr. Edgar has done research that very convincingly proves this. In a subwoofer folds don't matter as high frequency output is not an issue. For aesthetic reasons I built back chamber as a separate unit and then glued it to the body of the horn.
