Hi JLH,
Thanks for your comments regarding the Paudio driver! I would love to try out the following drivers in the horn:
* 5.5" Faital M5N12-80
* 5.5" Paudio WN-520N
* 6.5" Beyma 605 ND
* 6.5" Ciare 6.38 NdMR (first driver in the link below)
The obvious downside to this route is cost... This kind of trial-error learning is one of the reasons why DIY is not necessarily cheaper than just buying a finished product. That is obviously also the reason why I am grateful to guys like yourself, who have actually tried out a range of drivers and are willing to share your thoughts and experiences!
Among the drivers listed above, the Paudio drivers are probably the cheapest here in Denmark, so I might go for that one first:-).
