Dear Dr. Edgar,

Thank you very much indeed for your highly informative and entertaining post in response to my question regarding sand boxes as a support and vibration damper for use under very large corner horn subwoofers. You provided plenty of information for me to feel confident about going down to my workshop and beginning to saw up 3/4" teak veneered marine plywood to build the boxes. Lucky guy that I am I had scraps large enough to build the visible parts of two boxes.

You, sir, a a gentleman a scholar and a fiendishly knowledgeable audiophile.
