I suggest you put the x-overs in their own enclosure (cigar box) to isolate them from vibration.
It wouldn't be a bad idea to isolate the radial horns from the bass cabinets. I've seen and heard
similar systems but the owner had the compression drivers perched on wooden forks(for lack of a better word) and the wood had isolation cones.
High frequencies have tiny wave lengths that ARE affected by even small vibrations. This I feel will make audible improvements. Everything makes a difference.
To test my theory you can rest the horn (flare) on putty and the drivers as well and listen for yourself.
Now there's a winter project.
