My two bits - I built an 80Hz back loaded horn for Fostex FE208 Special Edition (unfortunately sold out and not available anymore) With the right electronics i.e. SE amp, the sound is nothing short of spectacular. Yes, my 3 way all horn system is more dynamic, but the delicacy of the Fostex is apparent.
