The horn flare rate is 300Hz. The X-over point is 500Hz. BZW, that 300Hz horn is still a mega-performer. Everybody went nuts over round horns with compression drivers. Alright, they do sound great, but...not everywhere. If you have a small room, try this horn with JBL Le-5 (Alnico) and you just might get surprised. And all that for very little money.
