Hi John,
I have not heard the 2123H myself, but some other people have used it in front horns for sure. Do a search with 2123 in the topic field and with Magnetar as author. He has used them extensively in horn (tractrix not conical, though). Some people have used them in the Pi midhorns too as suggested by Vatron. Please note that you will have to scale-up the Pi midhorns in order to rearch 200 Hz.
