RE: Community M200 - how is the peak at 6k best removed using a passive filter?

Thanks a lot for the reply, djk! I had hoped you would respond:-)

I actually ordered the M200A's (from Germany which is close to where I live) in order to avoid messing around with the peak at 6k, but somehow I received the M200's!? This made me contact the people at Community directly who told me that the M200A's are obselete, so I guess I am 'stuck' with the M200's. However, my first impression is that the M200's sound very good in their range. They sound somewhat less 'squeezed' and more more relaxed than my BMS 4592 ND's - just as you have told me! The difference is not night and day, but it is there. The build quality seems very good too. I use active crossovers in the low end, but will have to use a passive filter between the M200 and the tweeter.

Thanks again for the reply!

Kind regards
Peter
