I have measured the RCA-fan at 3m outside, it falls off in the low end as you would think.
If this test were done at 3 m you would still see the same difference, but more wiggles, and less low end due to being in the nearfield.
Of course, you get a lot more LF indoors.
What is interesting about this test is that there is not much difference on lift or ground with this design. If it were a exponential horn, there would be a much greater difference. I was surprised myself!
