Hi Manuel,
I have owned a pair of AER MD3's in Oris 150 horns (not the 250's). They sound very good - especially if you are mostly into acoustical music. They are very dynamic, involvning, intimate and natural sounding, very good on human voices - lots of presense ("they are here"-sense). When playing rock music they can get somewhat 'thin' sounding. I mostly play rock, and that is the reason that I sold them.
The highs are slightly rolled off at the top, but in my opinion you do not need at tweeter. They do have a peak around 11-13 kHz - in the 150 horns at least. This peak may be somewhat annoying, but Bert D can give you the values for a notch filter to tame this.
Hope this helps...
Regards
Peter
