Reems "clothespin" for EV12L might have made sense. Here's expo cut pipe about like yours but not showing back chamber. with a single slot theres a werid situation of needing to tilt the pipe for flatest response. Karlson's Rocket and AP had wedge shaped front chamber and of course all Ultra Fidelity had inclined plane toothese 6" diameter pipes were -uh- kinda half- baKed - although really didn't sound too bad
btw - I dropped a clothespin without rear chamber on top of a 10" beyma and it held down 20vrms pretty well
