I think so..

But the Vega modules were really too short to work ( 6feet) unless they were in multiple box / wall condition. They just went a bit further than everyone else. I made the experiment with multiple small boxes to determine when the throat ended, or it became a horn with too small a mouth. The idea was to divide the Vega into 4 modules- then when put together- it would perform the same as the Earthquake, but with 4 x 12” woofers- thus making a more stable mechanical load.
Imagine taking the big double 15 in the picture an dividing it into 4 quadrants with a piece of 3/4 plywood- it would not affect the sound much. Yet when I built the 3 modules-it did not work. I still do not know why.
