Are the port going all way to the back of box?
......yesIs it loaded(open against inside of box) from top (0.62inch )?

could I change the deep, width and height of cab as long as I maintain 130Liter volym + lenght and volym of ports?.......yes the critical part is the .625" opening to allow the vent/horn to unload. THis design is like a horn with a very big front chamber, and a short horn coupled to the chamber. The hornthroat opening controls the load between the front chamber and the short horn. It works like a poorly designed horn.
