I've been using Beauhonrs (with DX4 driver) and 2 REL Stentor's for many years, and can't tell the subs are on unless the program material has bass that is called for. It might be that each REL is almost 8 feet behind the Beauhorns and each REL is tuned to that corner of the room. What I mean is on the left side I have the crossover set higher, if I recall around 58 and the right side is set at 62 (or there abouts). Bass is located "within" the soundstage, never from the REL's and it's a perfect match.
