Thanks a lot for your advise and kind words!

I would love to have a deqx around:-) I actually use a by-passing cap mounted in parallel over the series resistor of the L-pad for the mid section. This cap has been inserted in order to make the mid section "reach" the tweeter section (using the standard BMS crossover there is a dip around 6k). This by-passing cap has regained all the "presense" that I missed using the standard BMS crossover. One might suspect this by-passing cap to cause the prominent s-sounds, but they were actually already there using the standard BMS crossover!?
