Hi Don,I can not help you about the down firing issue in itself, but I seem to remember that you use Oris 150 horns with AER MD 3 drivers, and if you intend to use the JBL to accompany the Oris/AER combo, I would just think that the JBL will appear slow relative to the AER drivers. The mass of these JBL's is quite high....
