Mr G thinks that a Toshiba receiver, of about 82 vintage, is about as good an amp that can be found....at least good enough, and all others are just a waste of $$. This is what you will hear in his exhibit room.Same for the CDP.
Duke, OTOH, uses Atmosphere when he plays the GedLee speaker.
So in other words, the point was simply to denegrate those who may have different beliefs and preferences.
