I got the flare rate frome someone on the Asylum...I then stacked 22 layers of 3/4" mdf to the calculated contour....I then filled with bondo and sanded the crap out of it...I made the mould a little larger to account for the thickness of the fiberglass...If you look at the pic you will see the horn on the left has no bondo and the horn on the right is filled with bondo....My surprise was that they sound the same...Not one person has been able to hear a difference...
