Ok, so what was the model?FEA is generally not a good choice for sound radiation since the radiation problem goes to infinity and FEA has trouble with this. BEM is generally the better choice for sound radiation.
SPEAK does polar maps, thats how I got addicted to them. I know do everything, including crossover design with these things. Crossovers that optimize along a single axis do amazingly bad things to the off axis response and this becomes obvious in the polar maps.
