Its been quite a while since I measured a 4660. I has a nice phase plug. It doesn't go as low as a PD5VH, but what does? It doesn't go any higher either, from what I remember, but that's OK. Its 1/3 the cost of a new PD5VH. Flat from 500hz to 4Khz from what I remember, might be able to get a little higher with some EQ in the network.I'll bet you a $0.05 piece that cheap QSL from Martin doesn't make it to 2Khz. I'll order one next time I get something from Martin.
Does your HR6040 have both the three bolt and the four bolt pattern, or just the four bolt?
I've got plenty of drivers, I should send you some.
The MF1012 you guys were mumbling about in another thread is the OEM version of the DH1012, a nice driver. Think Altec 291, 3" aluminum diaphragm, Kapton suspension, 400hz~12Khz.
