FW---Of course, for a given size/cost a lower efficiency speaker will have deeper bass, everybody knows that. But us horn guys like bass, we just put the bigger box-more expensive driver thing to work, then we get plenty of bass and of better quality than from some little squeezebox. My system is flat in-room down to 25hz with 100db efficiency. But it takes 16 cubic feet of cabinet and 4 expensive JBL 15" drivers.
