Claudj1 how do you like the atmos sound do you feel it adds another lifelike realistic dimension in your soundfield.
I'm not on board yet, but contemplating, I get very realistic overhead sounds from my Mirage OM 6s, hellicopters hovering overhead and then flying right out the window, mirroring the onscreen action flawlessly.
When I demoed these Mirage line of speakers at my dealer in 2001,thats the effect that sold these to both my wife and I. She looked up as I did also hearing the blades of the chopper on screen roaring overhead,i mean right overhead and then moving side to side overhead before exiting the screen. Detached from the speaker.
In my above comments I refer to the scene from Predator as the actors are exiting a chopper in the jungle, of course Arnold S. leading the way. This and most any genre of music through them sound sublime.
But, I'm excited about this new stereo featuring the Klipsch Cornwall 3s and new sources fyi I'm putting it into my den.
