But if I was listening at, say 70dB, I would be accustomed to the "non-clipped" sound, no?
I understand that for the sake of comparison it is useless because of the volume difference and it's going to come across differently than it would louder, but I could say with reasonable confidence that I'm hearing what should be un-clipped sound at that level (with a system capable of say 108dB unclipped), is that right?
