I'll try to make it simple. With exception to my first pair of Roger's LS35A's in 1982 (probably memory enhancement) I'm happier than I've ever been with the Heresy III's than with all the speakers I've had in my room. I keep saying to all my friends and wife that this is the speaker I should have bought TWENTY! years ago- Skeptical look from wife that's heard that before, right? Glad I waited for the III's though And like most of us, I've owned them all. The rock speaker of speakers. And all the classic Heresy traits, speed, clarity, power handling, etc... BUT! these, well, they (Klipsch) did their homework and it paid off. These have pleasantly surprised my Horn-Loving comrades to sat the least. And they own the big rig horns (Azura's, Orisis, sp? Lowther, etc... The III's are hard to find, and a long wait. 6-8 weeks. I've heard Two hard working fellows alone make all the Heritage Series speakers ( Kornerhorn II, La Scala II, Cornwall II, and the Heresy III's one at a time. The wood work alone is something to behold, especially the cherry.I need to elevate them of the floor but my 27'' stands are to high. Woofer is at my ear height (not good) Plus not stable, with a too small top plate. Anyone know of one that will work off hand?
Thanks Again
