thinking back 40 years, the ~3.5" or so cone tweeter covered by perforated metal grille wasn't the greatest thing but you'd ruin vintage value by swapping plus a tweeter transplant might be messy trying to attach to the pole-piece strut.most inexpensive coaxial of that time used only a capacitor for highpass - and sometimes sounded pretty good as in case of EV.
I never looked in Celesta for crossover parts. Bill Woods must know adn you might write him through acoustichorn.com
in US , Celesta should be inexpensive.
If you already have Celesta, just build boxes, replace the old capacitor with same value and enjoy them for what they are.
just laying a 12" into a 6 gallon plastic bucket with some polyfill might give rough idea of the midrange and treble sound before one embarks upon expense and time of buiding cabinets.
