The series capacitor value depends on how much resistor padding you use, but just assuming 8 ohms, you can start with say 6.2 uF. If we put the notch at 400 hz, you can try LC values of maybe 68uF and 2.2mH. That should probably get you 30db or better stopband attenuation (~1000:1 reduction in power) under 500hz or so. If you want to narrow the transition band somewhat, you can move the notch up to as high as 700hz, but a slight reduction in the worst case stopband attenuation.

Of course, all these values are at least somewhat interactive, and you'll likely want to tweak the response you get with the actual driver/horn/woofer for best overall response flatness.
