When I input the T/S for the 416A into WinISD the speaker appears to have a first order natural rolloff at 800 Hz.I can verify this next week with a signal generator from the PC to the 416A on its own.
I liked your suggestion since it was very simple and effective with the least number of parts in the signal path.
If WinISD is accurate could I use a first order filter at 800 Hz on the 416A (= to a second with the natural rolloff) with a second order on the HF and avoid the phasing work around?
