Those are coaxial speakers and are being manufactured agaain by Iconic Manufacturing and by Altec Pro too. Sensitivity is around 98dB/W/m and they come with a decent crossover that includes an MF/HF equalizer. Altec asks $1250 for one, Iconic sells them for less. You might want to ask the folks at the Altec User's Board. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Link below.Manfred
