Hi John,

The anonymity of forums such as this one tend to draw the cretins out from under their rocks- the ones where "annoying" are their middle names. What I've gradually learned (mostly from stock message boards) is that they thrive on creating a fuss, and the indignation of other posters is a pure delight to them, the fuel that keeps them going. The difficult reality is that ignoring them completely, letting the trolls gather dust, is the only sure way to encourage them to move on elsewhere to satisfy their needs for negative attention.

Please do as I say, not as I do...I'm as bad as anyone at taking the bait!
