Altec Model Nineteen, anyone knows?

Need speakers that can rock with just one watt? You found da place.

I have an oppotunity to buy a pair of Altec Lancing model nineteen speakers which I don't have any idea about. The owner told me that they are still in his storage and I could just offer him a price. He said it was as good as the K-horns. Any information will be appreciated.
