You don't have to worry about #1, and #2 is really only a challenge when acquiring/transporting them, so I guess it boils down to #3.
They are wonderful drivers, but they'll be forever out of my price range.
If you want to use 'em -- they sound truly marvelous on Altec 1505 horns.
